To Whom It May Concern:
We would highly
recommend anyone to use Tassio Temperature Control to put in
their air or heating system. We had a 20+ year old Lennox
system that needed repair and had lost efficiency over the
years. We chose to relocate the system into the attic from a
closet just off the kitchen to regain usable living space. We
wanted a system that would last for many years and be as worry
free as possible.
We did intense research
in finding what system we wanted installed and finally decided
on Trane. We went with Trane because after all the research we
did, we felt it is the best equipment on the market and they
only let certain dealers install the equipment. We interviewed
many different installers from many companies and liked Bill
Tassio from the moment we met him. We felt he would do a good
job and that he had ethics, whereas, we felt other companies did
not.
We interviewed many
installers and many of them made promises about impossibly short
install times. Bill gave a realistic estimate of what the job
would take in both time and money.
Bill explained
everything in detail and his contract was the most detailed from
everyone else. He personally supervised the job and made sure
that everything was done correctly. The men that worked for him
worked very hard and made sure to clean up their work area after
each day. They were always polite and very respectful, when we
would ask them anything. We had lots of questions along the way
and they always took the time to explain exactly what they were
doing and why. The job took a full week, but that included
installing a complete system including duct work in an existing
house without cutting any additional holes in the walls.
Knowing that energy
prices are going up, we decided to go with some of the most
efficient equipment available, a 20 SEER Air Conditioning unit,
and a XV95 Furnace. We also chose to add a Trane Clean Effects
unit to the system to help control the dust, allergens and pet
dander in the house. The system has been installed now for a
full summer and winter cycle, and we are very happy with the
results. The house either cools off very quickly or heats up the
same way. The air or the heat system stays at the temperature
we put it at, no matter what the temperature outside is. We
would strongly recommend the Clean Effects unit to anybody and
especially anybody with allergies or pets.
Bill Tassio is a man
that keeps his word and does not make up things to just get the
job, as other people we interviewed did. If you have any
